Pack level
- Voltage, current and power, sampled every few seconds.
- State of charge and remaining capacity, plus the full capacity the BMS has learned.
- State of health and cycle count, to follow how the pack ages year after year.
Cell level
- All cell voltages (16S packs, the common Seplos configuration), with min, max, average and spread.
- Balancing state: which cells the BMS is currently bleeding.
- Temperatures: the cell probes, the ambient probe and the power-stage probe, as wired on your BMS.
Events
Warnings and protections as the BMS flags them: cell high or low voltage, pack high or low voltage, charge and discharge over-current, short circuit, high and low temperature. Each change is logged with its time, so you can tell what happened at 3 a.m.
Where you see it
| Place | What you get |
|---|---|
| Box screen | SOC, voltage, current, power, status, temperature, network address |
| Local dashboard | Live values, cell bars, balancing, alarms, the day’s curves |
| Home Assistant (MQTT) | One device with pack and per-cell sensors, created automatically |
| JSON API | Every value in one document, for scripts and other home automation systems |
| Cloud dashboard (optional) | Remote access, up to 3 years of history, CSV export, offline e-mail alerts |
Several packs on one bus
Seplos packs are often paralleled with the BMS addressed one after the other on a shared RS485 line. Tell us how many packs you run and how they are addressed when you order: reading several packs from one box is part of what we test before shipping.
Read-only by design
Parameters such as cell limits, balancing thresholds or charge current stay in the official Seplos tool. The box does not write to the BMS, so it cannot misconfigure a pack you spent weekends building.
